Change

Everyday work is shaped by high demands for change from employees. The "VUKA" world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) requires constant adaptation to changing circumstances. "Digital Transformation" and "Industry 4.0" increase the necessity and urgency to successfully implement change processes in ever-shortening timeframes.
This significantly raises the demands on employees' willingness and competence to adapt to change. Long-established patterns are no longer effective, new methods must be learned under time pressure, and changes must be actively driven from within. In this context, leaders play a crucial role. In our training and consulting approach, we equip leaders and teams with a repertoire of proven analysis, conceptualization, and implementation methods to successfully handle these tasks.

The Accensa Change Management approach follows a structured change process with the following milestones (see Fig. 1):

    Create understanding… ... through the early involvement of employees and targeted, audience-specific communication

  • Promote acceptance… through the integration of employees' attitudes and the core values of the organization

  • Ensure empowerment… through the development of necessary competencies and integration into processes to counteract the fear of "drowning" in the change

  • Enabling implementation and anchoring success…  through the implementation of appropriate processes and structures
