Coaching and Supervision
Developing competencies in a professional context goes beyond just learning skills and applying them in daily work life. Personal attitudes and professional behavior are crucial: they determine what and how we learn and act. The development of such a professional, role-specific attitude (e.g., as a manager) is supported in many ways through our coaching sessions and case supervision. Using our experience-oriented and creative methods, we offer the opportunity to gain new insights and achieve lasting experience.

Coaching provides the chance to reflect on developments and evaluate decisions. Personal issues from the professional context can be more effectively addressed in a trusting, personalized atmosphere. With the support of our coaches, various options can be assessed for their suitability, not only during times of stress or crisis but also in “normal” everyday working life.
Development is only possible through acquiring knowledge—which comes from learning and the ability to reflect, especially through case work. We learn every day, but often unnoticed, so we cannot always apply our learning progress intentionally in a given situation. This requires conscious reflection, ideally in a group setting, to review assumptions, recognize mistakes, and actively facilitate further development.
We provide sustainable and comprehensive support for small groups through training-accompanying and online-supported case supervision.
