Evaluation and Analysis – Our Foundation for All Projects

As a consulting firm with a strong connection to science and research, we base our projects on data, using established and standardized measurement tools. This allows us to capture the core situational conditions of assignments, without relying on gut feelings or subjective bias. In doing so, we uncover new, previously unknown insights, which we consider the crucial foundation for successful project work.

Our evaluation and analysis tools are diverse and cover a wide range of areas, from personality diagnostics and leadership competency evaluations to cultural studies and assessments of organizational climate and employee satisfaction. Our approaches are based on standardized, validated methods as well as proprietary approaches and tools, providing a solid foundation for rational, fact-based decisions and corresponding procedural and content-related work.

Our methods and instruments are used in the following areas:

  • Values & Culture: Our methodologically grounded values and culture evaluation, based on S. Schwartz, reveals the current lived corporate values, ensuring the correct "emotional positioning" of the company. It can also highlight differences between departments, regions, or hierarchy levels.

  • Attitude & Personality: Using our Accensa Inventory for Professional Attitude and Personality Dimensions (AI-BHP), we identify personal impact areas, outline individual development perspectives, and enable action in challenging professional (leadership) situations.

  • Leadership: Through our 360° Leadership Evaluation based on the Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), we provide comprehensive insights into individual leadership competencies, strategies, and approaches. Depending on the scope, it includes the perspective of the leader themselves, as well as feedback from up to three others: supervisors, peers, and employees.

  • Organizational Climate and Employee Satisfaction: Assessing "Employee Satisfaction and Organizational Climate" through a validated analysis is central to daily operations, as the negative consequences of low emotional attachment to one’s workplace (a result of employee dissatisfaction and poor organizational climate) are significant.
