Susanne holds a degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim, complemented by a double degree from the Grand École de Commerce in Montpellier. She has held senior international roles in multinational corporations and has completed advanced training in systemic coaching (DQV, Bönnigheim), organizational constellations (Sieglinde Schneider, Munich), NLP (DQV Bönnigheim), INSEAD Executive Training, and Strategic Management at St. Gallen Business School.
