Team and High Performance Team
The more volatile the environment and the more complex the challenges, the less individuals alone can generate effective solutions. Optimal collaboration harnesses the competencies, experiences, and diversity of all participants. As such, effective teamwork and functional teams become central success factors for organizational achievement. The Accensa Team Training, consisting of four progressive modules, guides teams through various development phases towards becoming a "High-Performance Team" (see diagram).

In the four interconnected training modules, participants acquire the essential tools for effective team collaboration:
-
Module 1: Participants are introduced to the four stages of team development and assess their current situation using a team phase evaluation. Together, we identify the team’s strengths and weaknesses and conduct a comprehensive team analysis.
-
Module 2: Using a “Belbin Team Roles“ analysis, the team’s dynamics are visualized within an expanded framework. The team learns to embrace diversity and leverage it as a critical resource.
-
Module 3: In addition to ‘psychological safety’, the 10 empirically proven team success factors are reflected upon and applied to the team’s context.
-
Module 4: Opportunities and challenges in evolving into a High-Performance Team (HPT) are analyzed. Using advanced evaluation tools, we assess the team's current status and identify areas for development.
