Training and Consulting

For us, training and consulting often go hand in hand. A project frequently starts with a training session, and over time, the need to delve deeper into the topic or related areas is recognized—leading to a consulting project. Alternatively, training needs may arise from a consulting project.

Our training concept is characterized by the integration of knowledge (theory), know-how (methods), and experience (practice). The connection of these three elements with the situational requirements of each company's context enables the development of relevant competencies. These competencies can then unfold and have a lasting impact through feedback and reflection in the everyday business environment. We support this transfer through case supervision, which complements our training.

In our consulting projects, we are more specialists in methods than in content. We do not present ready-made solutions “off the shelf,” but instead, we help our clients develop their own solutions using scientifically proven approaches. We work in a resource-oriented way and believe that all systems typically possess the necessary knowledge to solve their own problems—they only need access to it (“Making the implicit explicit”).
